Workout of the DayAMRAP 45:Complete as many rounds as possible in 45 minutes of:Run 800 meters10 deadlifts (315/220)Run 800 meters50 sit-upsScaling this WODThis workout requires steady output and pacing. Find a load for the deadlift that is challenging but not so heavy that the points of performance are unable to be maintained.If suggested loads are too heavy, consider using approximately 70% of your deadlift 1RM as a guideline.
