FC Barcelona remember Barcelona and Cambrils terror attack victims on eve of new La Liga season

FC Barcelona have paid tribute to the victims of the terrorist attacks on Las Ramblas and in Cambrils, a year after Catalunya was rocked by a homegrown cell of jihadists. On August 17, 2017, 22-year-old Younes Abouyaaqoub drove a rented van onto the pedestrianised Rambla in Barcelona and killed 13 people, injuring over 130. Later that day, other members of the same cell killed another person and injured six others after ramming a car into pedestrians in the town of Cambrils.
